ALPHA POSITIONS

This topic is kind of delicate at the moment. It's something all new sites have to deal with and try and figure out the best way to deal with it. ISH has 5 different packs currently, and as for now that is all were sticking to. In the future, I can picture a pack with all species within it, but thats not what we're focusing on right now ;P

There is two options, one easy, one hard.
Easy; I can simply choose first come first serve to active trust-worthy members whom request which pack and wala, they can start running the pack.
Or Hard; we can hold auditions! This is more benefitional of course, because it allows all members to get a chance to run for a leader position plus everyone can get a better view of who's more qualified for the position.

I have this feeling, most of you will wish for me to just choose, but I'd like to run the site with a 'right to vote & open opinion' concept. Let me know on how you feel about this, if you request and I happen to decline, please don't whine & hate me, I just didn't feel the time was right for you to obtain such a high rank & responsibiity. Remember a Alpha character must be on everyday & has the responsibilty to accept and role play with every new pack member c; - let me know your opinions! {asap}

Hmm. . . . This is definitely hard! However, I think . . . Perhaps we could do auditions, however Lu, being the Admin and creator, hard working and stuff, she have her first pick. No staff but her can pick. I think, that it would be fair for her to have first pick, and than the members can have the leftovers >:D

You can obviously change around the name of the leaders, I was just trying to be creative and think of some. I put question marks, cause I wasn't 100% positive if this is what everyone wanted. But its what I have so far for what who wants what. But EVEN IF, your name is up there you must fill out this form just so this can seem a little more organized.

Why do you think your character deserves a alpha position?

Priest is ambitious and he's got the grits. Despite being a psychopath there is a lot going on in that exciting brain of his. Others find him enthusiastic and oddly compelling despite the craziness in his pupil-less eyes, and his drive can become infectious upon those he wishes to compel. Priest may not be huge and strong, but he is a master of his element and wastes no time in disposing of all those who might trip up his up and coming rise to fame. This fox wants to be known, to be renowned, not as a fantastic general and an apex leader, but for the clever complexities of his brain. He wishes to be looked back upon for pushing the boundaries of the Mythos of canines that already exist in fragile peace all around them on the island. He is a cunning lord, and enjoys employing his slyness over all of those around him, helping him to be a strong manipulator. Besides the obvious stuff, he is ruthless. Despite a rather innocent look, species wise, and a very pretty pelt for his breed, there are no moral attachments to the lays laid down by his kin and thus he is working stringently to form some sort of contained anarchy, and to show the world the truth of a lawless world, to laugh at those who deem themselves to be the rule-makers.

The personality Priest gives off is rather cultish air, and will probably strive to have a loosely formed caste system amongst his fellows within his Clan Lands. With the strength of his shadow magic he has earned rumors of being a demon straight out of hell, and that his powers can awe, amaze and drive a creature insane if he so wishes it. Priest is very strong willed and set in his ways, and I think his almost lawless leadership position on things will benefit the general nature of the sly, secretive fox who likes to live away from the rest of the world. He is the perfect leader to leap out of the darkness and surprise the other tribes and clans with his definitely more in your face attitude. There is not an ounce of push-over in this fox, not with the amount of determination and willpower he exerts it is hard to find ground against him. I believe he will be a great character to throw into the mix to have the balance of the other groups tested.

Why do you think your character deserves a alpha position? Synraid has a determination level that would make him a fatal enemy, as he doesn't give up without a good reason. Reaching his expectations of good is hard, and not easily persuasive to him. Synraid would never give in, and that would make him a great leader. He is also very persistent, and will do whatever it takes to get the job done. He is also very wise, and can share that with anyone whom he trust to do well with it. Synraid has high expectations for pack mates, because he wants them to succeed. He will, at whatever the cost, never let a friend get hurt. From him horrid past, he believes if he fails, he shall have no more meaning of life left. Because he has the drive to protect, he was be a rather exceptional leader. He can see from all points of views, however does not support most.

Why do you think your character deserves a alpha position?

Nuru is strong and intelligent. She is incredibly ambitious and will always do what is best for her empire in order for it to flourish. The female is an expert manipulator as well as a charismatic speaker. It isn't hard for her to compel those around her to listen to her plans and back her up where such help is needed. She is perfectly sane, and though she can be brutal and cruel it is never without cause. This hyena will use whatever wiles at her disposal to persuade those that need persuading, though when a direct order is given she expects it to be followed immediately without question.

Her compassion for her family and followers make her a skilled leader. The intelligence and wit behind her almost black eyes show of the cunning beneath the surface. Her massive form and strength along with the skill she possesses for fighting make her a formidable warrior and foe. All in all she is exactly what the hyena empire needs to direct them along a successful path. She won't tolerate mere survival. She will bring her empire to greatness, will help them flourish and rule all they set their eyes upon.

Often really active, though it depends on my muse and if I need to go on a trip. Been quite busy these last two weeks but I'm on every day, even if I may not post.

Sinful & Shenzi; your both fighting for the same spot it appears. Both Nuru Omari and Shenzi appear to be well candids and have great bios. Although Shenzi has the upper hand with bio-fits. Now I think between the two of you, just to be dreadful, perhaps a RP sample to show who fits the position better. Unless you two want to come to a peaceful solution ;P Trying not to stereotype the packs, but the Hyena's are notorious for their ruthless and aggressive nature. Keep that in mind, because as of now I need a simple role play sample of your Hyena's expressing their ideas and reasons for wanting to run a pack. Assuming their is packs right now, roaming and thriving. Good luck.
